Midlothian, VA – February 10, 2021 – Stevenson Consulting, Inc., a full-service engineering consulting firm, recently announced that Dustin Schleifer, PE has joined the company as their Branch Manager for their Blacksburg location. Dustin will be responsible for construction testing and inspection services, laboratory testing services, and quality assurance services. Mr. Schleifer supervises both concrete and soils laboratory facilities, monitors and directs staff, prepares cost estimates and bidding for geotechnical construction testing and inspection service contracts, and prepares and reviews geotechnical and construction material engineering reports.

Mr. Schleifer has over 12 years of experience in the construction industry, with extensive experience working on residential land development, commercial, retail, industrial, data centers and federal projects.

Mr. Schleifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University.

In addition, Mr. John Gooch has accepted a regional role as our Senior Geotechnical Engineer providing services throughout the State of Virginia.
