This project consisted of a 225,000 sf, multi-story and multi-wing BEQ complex of 402 room modules and a 650-vehicle, multi-story garage. It included recreational, drying shelters, equipment cleaning spaces, athletic courts, and landscaped courtyards. During construction, Stevenson Consulting conducted air barrier testing in a mockup room before the final building envelope test and was able to address minor issues that they were able to handle before the final building envelope test.
