Stevenson Consulting put together a quality assurance manual that was utilized for quality control purposes during construction. Stevenson Consulting performed the mix designs in their U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Accredited Laboratory for the cement-treated base material and the field quality control on the placement and compaction of the cement-treated material.
