This 91,600 sf project is located on the site of the existing football practice fields. At 210 feet wide and 400 feet long, the Indoor Athletic Train Facility is designed to support the university’s football program with more indoor training time. The 8-foot padded walls run up to a ceiling 86 feet tall at the highest point. This provides plenty of space for full-contact scrimmages.
Stevenson Consulting provided Third-Party special inspections and materials testing services for this project and oversaw the rammed aggregate pier installation, installation of structural fill, structural masonry, structural cast-in-place concrete, and fireproofing.
