The Hugo A. Owens House comprises of a 5- story, 165,000 sf residence hall that will house 470 beds. Services include providing Fundamenal Commissioning as required by LEED V4, including the HVAC&R equipment and associated conrols, electrical systems including service, distribution, lighting and day lighting controls, and plumbing systems including domestic hot water, pumps and controls.
