The project will consist of a 5- to 6-story mixed-use, multi-family residential development constructed around a 6-level parking deck. The construction will consist of a mixture of concrete, structural steel, masonry, and wood frame construction supported by geopiers. Post-tensioned slabs are anticipated for the elevated deck slab on levels 2 and 3 with structural wood above. Below grade, walls are anticipated within some of the retail/apartment buildings and the parking deck.
