Studio 3807 is a 240,000 sf mixed-use complex that includes a multi-family building containing 147 apartments and five artists’ studio spaces. 15 of the apartments are townhome-style units that surround and hide a 192-car, 2-level parking structure. Additional amenities include a fitness center, exterior elevated courtyard, entertainment kitchen, E-Lounge, club room, game area and dog wash.
This building is designed to LEED Gold standards and include solar photovoltaic panels that reduce the energy consumption of the buildings by almost 80%. The new area, to be known as “Artists Row,” is in the center of the Gateway Arts District, 1-mile from Washington, D.C., and 3-miles from the University of Maryland’s flagship campus.
