CTI Consultants, Inc., Acquires Mosher Engineering

Midlothian, VA – CTI Consultants, Inc., a leading provider of geotechnical, materials, and facilities services, announces the growth of its Raleigh office through the acquisition of Mosher Engineering, Inc. (Mosher).

Founded in 2003, Mosher is a privately owned firm primarily dedicated to providing geotechnical and materials testing services. Mosher provides services for commercial, industrial, retail, residential, office, medical, hospitality, and transportation and infrastructure projects throughout the Research Triangle metropolitan area.

Chris Stevenson, P.E., Founder and CEO of CTI Consultants, Inc., said, “As CTI continues our strategy of profitable growth and geographic expansion, we seek to build our presence in regions such as the Research Triangle, where we can bring value to even greater numbers of clients.”

The transition is effective immediately. The company operates as Mosher Engineering, a CTI Consultants Affiliate. Mosher is retaining all 20 employees.

Mosher is especially well regarded in the Research Triangle for its geotechnical capabilities and cost-effective performance of tests on construction materials including soils, concrete, and special inspections. The laboratory is accredited by the AASHTO Laboratory Accreditation program.
